Temporary Malfunctions

So...I really wanted to update my blog with entries from my journal, but the internet is giving me muchos problemas, so I will be sure to update it soon. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. I am well, though. We are all in Wiamoase finally, and most of us are waiting to hear back from the IRB still. I'll probably be able to update next week. Love you all!

  2. Amy! wow in Ghana, that sounds exciting! Hey my mother went to Ghana last year and was wondering if you knew a lady named Bernice, her husband is a stake president, she has her own shop and she makes temple bags and aprons. She was wondering if you could buy two kid-size aprons and temple bags for her? (if you know the lady), we can put the money in your account, or send it to your mom or something. Thanks! Look forward to reading about your adventure in Ghana!

  3. I was recently at an event in Hartford and the speaker was a nurrse and a poet who read her work about her experiences in Ghana, where she goes on a medical mission every year..... Talk about a small world:) As soon as I can find her name etc. I will let you know. Take care and be sure to keep us updated on your work.

  4. Kwistin--no, I can't start yet, but the internet is not working (it makes it kind of hard to email). I'm in no rush though.

Jason--I haven't seen you in a very long time. Hope the mission was great! I don't know anyone named Bernice, but maybe find out where she's from and I'll see what I can do. I'll be in Accra again towards the end of my trip, so maybe I can then...the temple is in Accra, so it would make sense.

Aunt Sandy--that's so neat! Let me know when you find out.
